FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For Canadian orders, I accept payment through PayPal - and if you don't have a Paypal account, you can email me details about the product you are interested in purchasing, and I will send you an invoice that you can pay with your credit card. For international orders, I can only accept PayPal.
SHIPPING PAYMENT & DELIVERY
An additional invoice with the exact shipping charge will be emailed to you once your purchase has shipped and is to be paid upon receipt of the invoice. Orders currently ship within 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise noted. I ship all orders in Canada through Canada Post - Expedited Parcel with a tracking number. I ship international packages through Canada Post International. My international shipping policy is that once I provide proof of shipping, all responsibility is out of my hands - and I cannot file claims or refund money for lost or delayed international packages. I also do not include a printed receipt in your shipped package.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition in their original packaging. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery of your package to let me know you will be returning and to make arrangements and please ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery. I will then provide a 100% refund once I receive your package, Unless there is a true defect in the product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your registration in one of our workshops, we can offer you a 100% refund on your registration fee if we are able to find someone that is available to take your spot in the workshop. If we can't, we will let you know and then encourage you to find someone to fill the spot. We are sorry, but if the spot cannot be filled, we will not be able to offer a refund at this time. If we don't reach minimum numbers for workshop registrations - we will cancel the workshop, a minimum of 10 days before workshop is scheduled and you will receive a 100% refund.
